Ingredients
- 5 gr Codium Blue
- ½ liter Ketel One vodka
Method
- Mix the vodka with the Codium Blue in a sealed bottle.
- Let it infuse for about a week.
- Serve at the beginning of the meal to stimulate the taste buds.
Application
- As an aperitif with seafood, meat, or vegetable dishes, in marinades as an infusion, or in cocktails.
