Clams Cevice with BlinQ Blossom


For 4 people:

  • 1 kg of clams
  • Garlic
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups of BlinQ Blossom
  • 1 mandarin


  • Wash the clams under running water then put them in a pan with oil, garlic and a few slices of mandarin, cover with the lid and cook them.
  • Once opened, shell them and keep the cooking liquid.
  • Filter the liquid and emulsify it with a little oil and mandarin juice, arrange on the plate with the clams and finish with the BlinQ Blossom
