Clams Cevice with BlinQ Blossom
Ingredients
For 4 people:
- 1 kg of clams
- Garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cups of BlinQ Blossom
- 1 mandarin
Method
- Wash the clams under running water then put them in a pan with oil, garlic and a few slices of mandarin, cover with the lid and cook them.
- Once opened, shell them and keep the cooking liquid.
- Filter the liquid and emulsify it with a little oil and mandarin juice, arrange on the plate with the clams and finish with the BlinQ Blossom
