Chocolate ice cream infused with Dushi Buttons
Ingredients
- 225 grams of whole milk
- 150 grams of water
- 35 grams of corn syrup
- 120 grams of granulated sugar
- 150 grams of dark chocolate
- 3 grams of binder
- 2 cups of Dushi Buttons
Method
- Heat the whole milk with the water and glucose.
- Mix the sugar with the binder. Add it along with the chocolate.
- Now add the Dushi Buttons and turn everything fine.
- Cool back to 4 degrees and let it rest.
- Turn to ice.
- Decorate.
