Blackberry crumble with Honny Cress

Ingredients

  • 450 g apples
  • 1 orange
  • 450 g blackberries
  • 115 g sugar
  • 2 cartons of Honny® Cress
  • 90 g flour
  • 60 g butter
  • 45 g sugar
  • 2 dessert spoons oats

Method

  • Grate the apple and peel the orange and mix with the blackberries, sugar and Honny Cress. Divide the mixture over ramekins.
  • Rub the flour into the butter to make a crumble and mix in the sugar and oats. Top the ramekins with the crumble mix.
  • Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 190°C until golden brown.
