Blackberry crumble with Honny Cress
Ingredients
- 450 g apples
- 1 orange
- 450 g blackberries
- 115 g sugar
- 2 cartons of Honny® Cress
- 90 g flour
- 60 g butter
- 45 g sugar
- 2 dessert spoons oats
Method
- Grate the apple and peel the orange and mix with the blackberries, sugar and Honny Cress. Divide the mixture over ramekins.
- Rub the flour into the butter to make a crumble and mix in the sugar and oats. Top the ramekins with the crumble mix.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 190°C until golden brown.
