BroccoCress Pesto
Ingredients
(For 250ml)
- 4 punnets BroccoCress
- 150ml olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 75gr feta cheese
- juice of ½ a lemon
Method
- Blitz all the ingredients together in a high-speed blender.
- Keep in jar in the fridge until use.
Note: I serve mine with Melba toast, but you can also use this pesto for any kind of pasta dish and any other meals like tapas, rice, salads etc.
