Ingredients

  • 50 ml aged rum
  • 20 ml Zallotti Blossom blackberry syrup
  • 20 ml fresh lime juice
  • Zallotti Blossom

Preparation

  • In a shaker, double strain.

Zallotti Blossom blackberry syrup

  • 150 g fresh or frozen blackberries
  • 2 handfuls of Zallotti Blossom (without the stems)
  • 1000 ml mineral water
  • 1000 g white sugar
  • 1/2 to 1 g powdered activated vegetable charcoal
  • Leave the Zallotti Blossom flowers to infuse in the water for 24 hours.
  • Strain, then prepare the sugar syrup over a low heat, adding the vegetable charcoal and blackberries.
