- 6cl Vodka macerated with Scarlet Cress
- 2cl Dry vermouth
- Scarlet Cress (decoration)
- BlinQ Blossom
- Add the Scarlet Cress vodka and dry vermouth into a cocktail shaker with ice and mix well.
- Strain into a Martini glass and decorate with BlinQ Blossom and Scarlet Cress.
Pairing: Smoked wild salmon blinis with cream cheese, gherkin and Zorri Cress.
