Padrón Pepper Algae Powder Emerald
Ingredients
- Algae Powder Emerald
- 1 padrón pepper
- 100 grams aged goat cheese
- 70 grams of cream
- 5 drops of jalapeño tabasco
- 3 grams of salt
- 1 BlinQ Blossom
Method
- Deep fry the whole padrón pepper.
- Dry the padrón pepper from the oil on paper towels.
- Sprinkle the padrón pepper with salt.
- Mix the aged goat cheese with the cream and jalapeño tabasco until smooth.
- Put the mixture in a piping bag.
- Make a hole in the padrón pepper.
- Fill the padrón pepper with the mixture.
- Hold the padrón pepper by the stem and sprinkle with Algae Powder Emerald.
- Garnish the padrón pepper with BlinQ Blossom.
