Padrón Pepper Algae Powder Emerald


  • Algae Powder Emerald
  • 1 padrón pepper
  • 100 grams aged goat cheese
  • 70 grams of cream
  • 5 drops of jalapeño tabasco
  • 3 grams of salt
  • 1 BlinQ Blossom


  • Deep fry the whole padrón pepper.
  • Dry the padrón pepper from the oil on paper towels.
  • Sprinkle the padrón pepper with salt.
  • Mix the aged goat cheese with the cream and jalapeño tabasco until smooth.
  • Put the mixture in a piping bag.
  • Make a hole in the padrón pepper.
  • Fill the padrón pepper with the mixture.
