Full Circle proudly presents Full Circle Shiso Green, a unique liqueur made from upcycled Shiso Leaves in collaboration with Koppert Cress. This sustainable innovation turns waste into an exceptional flavor experience.

Shiso Leaves Green, Mint with hints of basil

Shiso is a plant that is typically found in Japan. There, almost any fish dish is served with flavourful leaves. Shiso Leaves Green are rich in umami. With a green, fresh flavour similar to mint with hints of basil. The rich flavour also has hints of anise, citrus, cinnamon and a slight nutty taste.

Shiso Green is created from 15,000 handpicked Shiso Leaves, once destined for disposal. Koppert Cress throws away many leaves that do not meet their high (beauty) standards. Too old, too small or too large. Through a sustainable and artisanal process, these leaves are repurposed to create just 450 exclusive bottles per batch. The result? A vibrant liqueur with complex notes blending fresh green mint, basil, anise, cinnamon, and a hint of citrus, delivering an extraordinary taste that must be experienced to be believed.
