Niçoise salad


(For 4 portions)

  • 160g cooked green french beans  
  • 3 hard boiled eggs  
  • 160g cooked potatoes 
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 60g pitted black olives    
  • 160g cooked tuna in brine   
  • 1 punnet Daikon Cress
  • 4 tbsp olive oil                


  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, cut the hard-boiled eggs into wedges, cut the small potatoes into two, cut the French beans into two and place in a mixing bowl. 
  • Add the tuna, add cut a punnet of Daikon Cress and fold the salad gently with 4 full tablespoons of good olive oil.
  • Serve immediately.
