Majii Leaves with electric gin and Crème de Cassis Pearls


  • 2 Majii Leaves 
  • 5 ml Faradai Electric Gin 
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1 tsp mascarpone 
  • 10 ml milk 
  • vanilla paste 
  • Vene Cress  
  • Crème de Cassis Pearls 


Inject Electric Gin in the Majii Leaves and peel outer skin. Mix the banana with milk, mascarpone and vanilla paste. Arrange the Cassis Pearls on top and end up with Vene Cress.
