Kiwi, lime and cucumber smoothie
Ingredients
(For two smoothies of 300ml)
- 2 punnets Melissa Cress
- 130gr diced kiwi (frozen or fresh)
- 75gr diced cucumber
- 35gr spinach leaves
- 35gr lime segments
- 30gr agave syrup
- 300ml coconut milk
Method
- Keep aside a few leaves of Melissa Cress.
- Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and pour in the glass straight away.
- Serve with the Melissa Cress leaves that you kept.
