Hippo Tops Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 200g blueberries
- 200g mango
- 2 pomegranate
- ¼ ananas
- a few leaves of Hippo Tops
Method
- Peel and dice the pineapple peel and dice the mango.
- Deseed the pomegranate and mix all the fruit together, arrange the plate with the Hippo Tops.
