- 10ml hazelnut liquor
- 30ml coconut cream
- 60ml pineapple juice
- 1 dash absinthe
Method
Blend for 40”
Serve in Goblet glass 320ml
Garnish: Melissa & Purple Shiso Cress + powdered meringue
