Ingredients

  • 40 ml aged rum
  • 15 ml Jasmine Blossom syrup
  • 1 spoonful of Aclla Cress jelly
  • Lime
  • Aloe Si Caraibos juice

Garnish

  • Citra leaves

Preparation

  • In a shaker, double strain

Aclla Cress jelly

  • 100 ml mineral water
  • 15 Aclla Cress leaves (approximately 1 well-filled punnet)
  • 5 ml fresh lime juice
  • 1 g agar-agar powder
  • 10 g white sugar
  • Bring to the boil after allowing the Aclla Cress leaves to infuse
  • for 6 hours.
  • Strain and store in a cool place.
