Ingredients
- 40 ml aged rum
- 15 ml Jasmine Blossom syrup
- 1 spoonful of Aclla Cress jelly
- Lime
- Aloe Si Caraibos juice
Garnish
- Citra leaves
Preparation
- In a shaker, double strain
Aclla Cress jelly
- 100 ml mineral water
- 15 Aclla Cress leaves (approximately 1 well-filled punnet)
- 5 ml fresh lime juice
- 1 g agar-agar powder
- 10 g white sugar
- Bring to the boil after allowing the Aclla Cress leaves to infuse
- for 6 hours.
- Strain and store in a cool place.
