- Codium Blue
- Sunflower oil
Method
- Finely chop the Codium Blue and pat dry.
- Pour oil into the thermomixer.
- Heat oil to 80 degrees add to this the dry dabbed, sliced Codium Blue.
- Let spin finely for 2 minutes.
- Pour the oil out of the thermomixer and store until use.
Application
- Use the Codium Blue oil for example in dressings, soups, cocktails, marinades or for frying.
