Carrot and clementine smoothie


(For two smoothies of 300ml)

  • 2 punnets Atsina Cress
  • 120gr raw diced carrot
  • 100gr clementine segment
  • 3 pieces or 80gr tin apricot in juice
  • 35gr apricot jam
  • 15gr sliced fresh ginger
  • 300ml coconut milk


  • Keep a few leaves of Atsina Cress aside. 
  • Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and pour in the glass straight away. 
  • Serve with a few leaves of the kept Atsina Cress.
