Carrot and clementine smoothie
Ingredients
(For two smoothies of 300ml)
- 2 punnets Atsina Cress
- 120gr raw diced carrot
- 100gr clementine segment
- 3 pieces or 80gr tin apricot in juice
- 35gr apricot jam
- 15gr sliced fresh ginger
- 300ml coconut milk
Method
- Keep a few leaves of Atsina Cress aside.
- Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and pour in the glass straight away.
- Serve with a few leaves of the kept Atsina Cress.
