Cardamom Leaves Sugar

Ingredients
- Half punnet Cardamon Leaves
- 150 gr Sugar
Equipment
- Blitzer
- Microwave
Method
- Place the Cardamon Leaves on a plate.
- Put the plate in the microwave for 3 minutes.
- Put the crispy Cardamon Leaves with the sugar in a blitzer.
- Blitz it for 1 minute.
- Take the Cardamon Leave sugar out of the blitzer and put it in a bowl.
