Beetroot and red berries smoothie


(For 2 smooties of 300ml)

  • 2 punnets Scarlet Cress
  • 80gr diced raw beetroot
  • 70gr frozen raspberries
  • 70gr strawberries
  • 50gr blueberries
  • 20gr agave syrup
  • 300ml almond milk


  • Keep a few leaves of Scarlet Cress aside. 
  • Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and pour in the glass straight away. 
  • Serve with the few leaves of Scarlet Cress kept aside.
