Ingredients and Method


  • 45 ml Cognac VS
  • 55 ml Auxerrois Luxembourg "Wine Ice"
  • 35 ml Hydrosol Lavander
  • Apple Blossom
  • Shiso Purple
  • Honny Cress
  • Sechuan Buttons Powder
  • Honey


  • With a brush, wipe honey on the inside of the glass (Coupette "Honey" 21cl)
  • Stick the Shiso Purple, Apple Blossom and Honny Cress against the glass.
  • Mix the liquids together in a cocktail shaker.
  • Pour the cocktail into the glass using a strainer.
  • Sprinkle with Sechuan Button powder.
  • Serve.
