Ingredients
- 45 ml Cognac VS
- 55 ml Auxerrois Luxembourg "Wine Ice"
- 35 ml Hydrosol Lavander
- Apple Blossom
- Shiso Purple
- Honny Cress
- Sechuan Buttons Powder
- Honey
Method
- With a brush, wipe honey on the inside of the glass (Coupette "Honey" 21cl)
- Stick the Shiso Purple, Apple Blossom and Honny Cress against the glass.
- Mix the liquids together in a cocktail shaker.
- Pour the cocktail into the glass using a strainer.
- Sprinkle with Sechuan Button powder.
- Serve.
