- 4 Whole Wheat Wraps
- 150 g of old cheese
- 4 el Yogonaise
- ½ Cucumber
- 1 Avocado
- 100 g of Lettuce
- 1 cup of BroccoCress®
Method
Cut the cucumber into slices. Remove the peel and kernel from the avocado and cut it into slices. Heat a pan over low heat and add 2 teaspoons of water. Heat the wrap in this pan for about 2 minutes. The water ensures that the wrap does not dry out and becomes hard.
Spread the wrap with the yogonaise and put some slices of old cheese on top, followed by the cucumber, avocado and a handful of butterhead lettuce. Then garnish the wrap with the BroccoCress®. Fold (or roll) the wrap and …
