Gastronoms (Castelló d'Empuries, Spain) launches a new line of high quality convenience products, as an initiative of Jordi Margall (former chef at elBulli, el Celler de Can Roca) and Sonia Faixó. Jordi and Sonia introduced the new assortment at the Koppert Cress Cressperience, where a number of tasteful dishes were prepared using the products combined with cresses and specialties.
Gastronoms produces ready-to-serve frozen meal-components, for the mid and high end catering and food professionals, and only need regeneration and garnishing. The products are prepared using solely natural and high quality ingredients.
