The appearance of this star restaurant is determined by flying jumbo's and airbuses flying on and off. Rich in high-end restaurants, the most special star restaurant might be found in Stuttgart airport's terminal. Marco Akuzun and pastry chef Alexander Huber make recognizable, but certainly not everyday desserts here. The Koppert Cress cresses are well represented here, just like in the savory kitchen and are certainly not used with restraint. Here, too, the cresses provide signature to the dishes and quantity and quality are brought together in harmony. Rarely have we seen a kitchen that works so open-minded with the cresses. The Koppert Cress products color the patisserie in Top Air and make a visit to this restaurant unforgettable.
