Tahoon Oil

Ingredients and Method


  • Sunflower oil or grape oil
  • Tahoon Cress


  • Add 4 dl of oil to the thermomixer and let it heat up for 2 minutes.
  • Add 4 punnets of Tahoon Cress to the thermomixer.
  • Heat it up to 80 degrees and mix it for 1 minute.
  • Pour the mixture into a tea strainer.
  • Let it drip and see the pulp and oil separate.
  • Pour the oil into a bottle.
  • Store until use or store in freezer to save it a long time.
