Ingredients
- Sunflower oil or grape oil
- Tahoon Cress
Method
- Add 4 dl of oil to the thermomixer and let it heat up for 2 minutes.
- Add 4 punnets of Tahoon Cress to the thermomixer.
- Heat it up to 80 degrees and mix it for 1 minute.
- Pour the mixture into a tea strainer.
- Let it drip and see the pulp and oil separate.
- Pour the oil into a bottle.
- Store until use or store in freezer to save it a long time.
