Ingredients
- A hand with pieces of pineapple (or 2 slides)
- A piece of ginger of 0.5 or 1 cm in size (depends on whether you like it, I do!)
- 2 large hands of kale
- Half a tablespoon of turmeric
- A teaspoon of wheatgrass powder
- 1 kiwi
- 100 or 150 ml of water (depending on how thick you want your smoothie bowl)
- 1 half cup of BroccoCress®
- 1 lime (its juice)
- 1 pear
Method
- Put everything in a good sturdy blender or slow juice and use as a topping some extra BroccoCress, fruit, nuts, seeds or superfoods and enjoy!
