Mean Green Smoothiebowl with Brocco cress

  • A hand with pieces of pineapple (or 2 slides)
  • A piece of ginger of 0.5 or 1 cm in size (depends on whether you like it, I do!)
  • 2 large hands of kale
  • Half a tablespoon of turmeric
  • A teaspoon of wheatgrass powder
  • 1 kiwi
  • 100 or 150 ml of water (depending on how thick you want your smoothie bowl)
  • 1 half cup of BroccoCress®
  • 1 lime (its juice)
  • 1 pear


  • Put everything in a good sturdy blender or slow juice and use as a topping some extra BroccoCress, fruit, nuts, seeds or superfoods and enjoy!
