Ingredients
- Fresh watermelon (sliced)
- Olive oil
- Black pepper
- Balsamic vinegar
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Feta cheese (crumbled)
- Sakura Mix
Method
- Grill the watermelon slices briefly on both sides.
- Season with olive oil and black pepper.
- Arrange on a plate and add crumbled feta.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
- Garnish with Tahoon Cress and Sakura Mix for a fresh, colourful and aromatic finish.
