Grilled watermelon with feta cheese and Sakura Mix, Big Green Egg

Ingredients

  • Fresh watermelon (sliced)
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Feta cheese (crumbled)
  • Sakura Mix

Method

  • Grill the watermelon slices briefly on both sides.
  • Season with olive oil and black pepper.
  • Arrange on a plate and add crumbled feta.
  • Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
  • Garnish with Tahoon Cress and Sakura Mix for a fresh, colourful and aromatic finish.
