Green Vanilla Gimlet

Ingredients and method

Ingredients

  • 50 ml gin infused with Planifolia Green Vanilla
  • 30 ml Yuzu
  • 20 ml sugar syrup
  • 20 ml champagne

Method

  • Put the infused gin, Yuzu and sugar syrup in the shaker.
  • Shake with ice.
  • Pour into a cocktail glass.
  • Top up with champagne.
  • Garnish and serve.
