Green Vanilla Gimlet
Ingredients and method
Ingredients
- 50 ml gin infused with Planifolia Green Vanilla
- 30 ml Yuzu
- 20 ml sugar syrup
- 20 ml champagne
Method
- Put the infused gin, Yuzu and sugar syrup in the shaker.
- Shake with ice.
- Pour into a cocktail glass.
- Top up with champagne.
- Garnish and serve.
