Koppert Cress organizes two online events together with aT-KTDC, Embassy of the Republic of Korea, Nice to Meat, Rungis and Fresh Retail: a Korean Food Tweetjam (#tastekorea) on 21st of November and a Korean Food Demonstration on 22nd of November. Both events are attended by Ms. Jia Choi.
Ms. Choi (Ph.D, president of O’ngo Food Communications) is a well known person committed to many organisations to promote the Korean kitchen worldwide. For a brief introduction of Ms. Choi see this video.
Thursday the 21st of November will be an inspiring day, a selection of 15 chefs will be jamming (tweetjam #tastekorea) together with Chef Jia Choi in the Cressperience kitchen (Koppert Cress, Monster). Tweetjam is a new way of interactive communication with an interested audience. By means of social media, such as Twitter and Facebook and modern techniques as live (live video via internet), it is possible to capture the interest of the younger generation of gastronomic professionals and set up a lively dialogue. All results can be found on the Koppert Cress website and de various social media.
Friday the 22nd of November there will be a unique event, Ms. Choi will prepare different Korean dishes and will inspire you with all the ins and outs (techniques, tastes) of the Korean kitchen.
