Since August 3rd, Marcel Thiele strengthens the Koppert Cress team, as Culinary Development Manager, focussing on southern Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He will work closely with Marc Bonsmann, country manager Central Europe.
Marcel will present the collection, visit restaurants, interact with chefs and support end users of the tasteful and decorative ingredients. Throughout the years Marcel Thiele, who is a certified master chef and renowned speaker, has travelled the world, and offers the finest gastronomic experiences for celebrities, large corporations, high profile business people and small groups of friends.
