After the success of Shiso Green in September 2024, Full Circle is proud to present Shiso Purple – the latest addition to their innovative liqueur line. This purple creation is made from 15,000 hand-picked Shiso Leaves that don't meet beauty standards. Through a sustainable, artisanal process, they are given a second life, resulting in only 450 exclusive bottles per batch.
The taste, of Shiso Purple
Shiso Purple surprises with a layered flavour profile that combines umami, fruit and floral notes. You can taste the aroma of basil, the spiciness of cumin and the soft, ripe sweetness of plum and raisin. The addition of Zallotti Blossom adds a refined, floral touch, while a subtle bitterness provides balance. The result is a rich, full flavour that comes into its own in cocktails as well as on its own.

When used, Shiso Purple is reminiscent of a sweet vermouth, giving bartenders and home mixologists a wide range of creative options. The liqueur combines effortlessly with almost any type of drink: from a surprising twist on the Sour or Martini to a refreshing Shiso Purple Spritz.
