FLUÈRE makes true distilled non-alcoholic spirits, designed for today's bar team and tomorrow's guests: layered, aromatic and award-winning. FLUÈRE distils each botanical separately using a technique inspired by the world of perfume: hydro-steam distillation. The flavours are then blended into their signature non-alcoholic spirits. Thanks to tunnel pasteurisation, the liquids stay fresh and stable for up to 24 months. Koppert Cress brings intense flavour profiles from young plants and flowers – ingredients that inspire chefs and bartenders worldwide.

Each mocktail from this collaboration is built on harmony between FLUÈRE's botanical distillates and the intense flavours of our cresses and specialities. Think of the floral notes of Apple Blossom and Zallotti Blossom that enhance the fruity character of FLUÈRE Raspberry, or the earthy depth of Smoked Agave that is beautifully balanced with the spiciness of Adji Cress and Tahoon® Tops.
