Ham and cheese croissant
Ingredients
(For 4 portions)
- 1 punnet Rock Chives
- 2 punnets BroccoCress
- 8 slices Gouda cheese
- 30g butter spread
- 4 slices cooked ham
- 4 croissants
Method
- Slice the croissant open with a serrated knife.
- Spread the butter on both open sides and arrange half of the cresses on the bottom part of the croissant.
- Add the slices of Gouda and place the rest of the cresses on top, then fold the cheese and lay the slices on the croissant.
- Add the slices of ham and close the sandwich.
