First edition YTF, a big success

On Monday the 24th of February the first edition of the Young Talents Festival took place.

On Monday the 24th of February the first edition of the Young Talents Festival took place. An initiative of Gastronomixs, in collaboration with the Dutch Chef's Guild (Koksgilde). Culinary talents discovered a platform where they can be inspired with interactive, modern and fluid demonstrations all day. 


Koppert Cress hosted the festival and made several unifinished (new building) areas available for the different stages. In between great masterclasses of topchefs Maik Kuijpers (De Librije), Bas van Kranen (De Leuf) and Syrco Bakker (Pure C) around 150 visitors could choose between different demo's of Koppert Cress, Dilmah, Unilever Food Solutions, Hollandia, Van Drie Group and Scelta.

For the young talented chefs an unforgettable day. Listen, asking questions, taste en starting a dialogue with passionate people of the culinary world. Something special is created, a spartan concept full with inspiration. A promising idea for the future.
