Shiso Shrubs Spritz
Ingredients and method
Ingredients
- 15 ml Shiso Purple Vinegar
- 20 ml sugar syrup
- 40 ml gin
- Shiso Purple
- Prosecco
Method
- Pour Shiso Purple Vinegar and sugar syrup together in the shaker
- Add gin
- Shake with ice
- Pour the glass half full with the cocktail
- Top up with prosecco
- Garnish with Shisho Purple and serve
