Method
- Prepare sugar water with sugar and ice-cold water (1:1).
- Make sweet and sour sauce with vinegar and ice-cold sugar water (1:1).
- Add the Morar Shoots to the sweet and sour sauce.
- Infuse by vacuum sealing.
- Use as a surprising sweet and sour/spicy vegetable component in a dish.
Shelf life
- Stays good in the refrigerator for several days.
