Summer Spring Rolls
Ingredients
- Rice sheet
- Hollandse crop
- Cucumber
- Avocado (slices)
- Hippo Tops
- Salad Pea
- Shiso Leaves Purple
- Ghoa Cress®
- Daikon Cress®
- Sesame Seeds
Dressing:
- Soy sauce
- Lime juice
- Ginger
Sauce:
- Kimchee Base
- Grape seed oil
- Lime juice
- Water
Method
- Mix the kimchee base with water, lime juice and grape seed oil. Stir until it is a sauce.
- Place the rice sheets in cold water for 5 seconds and put it on your worksheet. Arrange the lettuce, cucumber, avocado, Hippo Tops, Salad Pea, Shiso Purple, Shiso Purple Leaves, the Ghoa Cress® and Daikon Cress®. Drizzle some dressing and roll it tightly.
- Cut into thirds and put it on the board. Garnish the rolls on the plate with the kimchee sauce and roasted sesame seeds.
