- 35 ml Garlic Liquor
- 50 ml Moût d'Agave
- 65 ml Ratafia de Gewurztraminer
- Yka Leaves
- Algae Powder Gold
- Algae Powder Emerald
- Algae Powder Aventurine
- Honey
Method
- Sweep honey over the three sides of the Yka Leave.
- Sprinkle the three different Algae Powders over the three sides.
- Wipe with honey 3 swipes on the outside of the glass (Verre à vin).
- Sprinkle the three different Algae Powders over the three swipes.
- Mix the liquids together in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Pour the cocktail into the glass using a strainer.
- Garnish with the Yka Leave with Algae Powders.
- Serve.
