Ingredients

  • 35 ml Garlic Liquor
  • 50 ml Moût d'Agave
  • 65 ml Ratafia de Gewurztraminer
  • Yka Leaves
  • Algae Powder Gold
  • Algae Powder Emerald
  • Algae Powder Aventurine
  • Honey

Method

  • Sweep honey over the three sides of the Yka Leave.
  • Sprinkle the three different Algae Powders over the three sides.
  • Wipe with honey 3 swipes on the outside of the glass (Verre à vin).
  • Sprinkle the three different Algae Powders over the three swipes.
  • Mix the liquids together in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Pour the cocktail into the glass using a strainer.
  • Garnish with the Yka Leave with Algae Powders.
  • Serve.
