Yellow tomato Algae Powder Gold
Ingredients
- Yellow tomatoes
- Grape seed oil
- Algae Powder Gold
- Bechamel sauce with Algae Powder Gold (recipe)
Method
- Heat the grape seed oil in a pan.
- Dip the yellow tomatoes in the hot oil for five seconds.
- Remove the tomatoes from the oil and pat them off.
- Pull the skin from the tomatoes upwards.
- Cut off the sides of the tomatoes.
- Put a line of Algae Powder Gold bechamel sauce on the plate.
- Place the tomatoes on a plate.
- Sprinkle the tomatoes lightly with maldon salt.
- Sprinkle the tomatoes with Algae Powder Gold.
