Yellow tomato Algae Powder Gold

Ingredients

  • Yellow tomatoes
  • Grape seed oil
  • Algae Powder Gold
  • Bechamel sauce with Algae Powder Gold (recipe)

Method

  • Heat the grape seed oil in a pan.
  • Dip the yellow tomatoes in the hot oil for five seconds.
  • Remove the tomatoes from the oil and pat them off.
  • Pull the skin from the tomatoes upwards.
  • Cut off the sides of the tomatoes.
  • Put a line of Algae Powder Gold bechamel sauce on the plate.
  • Place the tomatoes on a plate.
  • Sprinkle the tomatoes lightly with maldon salt.
  • Sprinkle the tomatoes with Algae Powder Gold.
