- Ice-cold water
Method
- Make sugar water with equal parts sugar and ice-cold water (1:1 ratio).
- Add the Sweet Peeper to the sugar water.
- Infuse by vacuum sealing.
- Use as a refreshing, crispy, sweet vegetable component in savory dishes, appetizers, main courses with fish, vegetables, meat, or desserts.
Shelf life
- Covered in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 days.
