Spicy orange and Sechuan Buttons, Loopuyt Virgin

Ingredients: 

• 50ml Loopuyt Virgin 
• orange and ginger zest 
• Dried Sechuan Buttons 

Garnish: 

• Orange slice 
• Sprig of Sechuan Buttons plant (not for sale) 

Method: 

• Add all ingredients together. 
• Put these in a shaker. 
• Fill the shaker completely full with ice cubes. 
• Shake the contents for about 12 seconds.
• Pour the contents through a fine sieve into the glass. 
• Garnish.
