- Sansho Leaves
- Sugar
- Water
Method
- Make sugar water with 7 parts sugar and 10 parts water
- Heat the sugar water
- Add the Sansho Leaves to the sugar water place in a soaking pot
- Vacuum and leave to infuse for 2 to 3 days
