Sansho Oil
Ingredients
- Grape seed oil
- Sansho Leaves
Method
- Heat up grape seed oil
- Add the Sansho Leaves to the oil
- Finely whirl this in the thermomixer
- Heat to a maximum of 80 degrees
- Store portioned in the freezer
Applications
- Cocktails, dressings, marinades and flavor additions to sauces.
