Roku Spring

Ingredients
- 10 ml yuzu juice
- 20 ml rose water
- 25 ml lychee liqueur
- 1 egg white
- 20 ml Planifolia Black Vanilla sugar syrup
- 40 ml Roku gin
- Apple Blossom
Method
- Pour the yuzu juice, rose water, lychee liqueur, egg white, sugar syrup and Roku gin into the shaker
- Shake with ice
- Pour into glass
- Garnish with Apple Blossom and serve
