Kaffir Mojito
Ingredients and method
Ingredients
- 50 ml of Japanese rum
- 6 mint leaves
- 10 Thai basil leaves
- 25 ml sugar syrup
- 30 ml lemon juice
- Kaffir lime leaves
- Sparkling water
Method
- Pour the rum, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a glass
- To this add mint leaves, Thai basil and Kaffir Lime Leaves
- Muddle in the glass
- Top up the glass with crushed ice
- Place Thai basil leaves and Kaffir Lime Leaves in the glass
- Top up the glass with sparkling water
- Garnish and serve.
