Beetroot and red berries smoothie
Ingredients
(For 2 smooties of 300ml)
- 2 punnets Scarlet Cress
- 80gr diced raw beetroot
- 70gr frozen raspberries
- 70gr strawberries
- 50gr blueberries
- 20gr agave syrup
- 300ml almond milk
Method
- Keep a few leaves of Scarlet Cress aside.
- Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and pour in the glass straight away.
- Serve with the few leaves of Scarlet Cress kept aside.
