Adam's Apple

You will no longer miss that sharp green apple flavour when having a sweet cider.

Ingredients

  • 33cl sweet apple cider  
  • 3 blackberries 
  • 5 pieces of nectarine 
  • 8 Apple Blossom 
  • Ice-cubes 

Method

  • Add the ingredients to a glass and stir well.  
  • Top up with ice.

Pairing: Zucchini flower fritters with tomato pisto and Rock Chives.
