Shiso Pepquiño Spritz

Ingredients and method


  • 30 ml Shiso Leaves Green syrup
  • 15 ml Shiso Leaves Green vinegar
  • 50 ml Japanese gin
  • 30 ml Pepquiño juice
  • Sparkling water
  • Pepquiño


  • Infuse rice vinegar with Shiso Leaves Green
  • Infuse sugar syrup with Shiso Leaves Green
  • Infuse the Pepquiño, leaving only the juice
  • Add all ingredients to shaker
  • Shake with ice
  • Place a Shiso Leave Green in the glass
  • Fill the glass with crushed ice
  • Pour the cocktail into the glass
  • Top with soda water
  • Garnish with the infused Pepquiño and serve
