Pepquiño Saketini

Ingredients and method


  • 40 ml vodka 
  • 40 ml Japanese sake
  • 10 ml sugar syrup
  • 25 ml Pepquiño juice
  • Aclla Cress


  • Add all the ingredients to the shaker
  • Chop the Aclla Cress and add it to the shaker as well 
  • Add Pepquiño to the shaker and muddle it all together
  • Shake with ice
  • Pour into glass using a strainer
  • Garnish with Pepquiño and Aclla Cress and serve
