Matcha Gimlet

Ingredients and method

  • 30 ml (yuzu) gin  
  • 15 ml kafi liqueur 
  • 1/4 teaspoon matcha
  • fresh vanilla bean (or make a vanilla simple syrup)  
  • 25 ml simple syrup 
  • 20 lime juice 
  • 1 egg white

Shake it all with ice and strain it before serving.
