Introduction of three new specialties

Three new specialties for the Fall season

Starting September 26, three new specialties have been added to the Koppert Cress assortment.  Grenotti Leaves^®, Grenotti Blossom^® and Tearicy Roots^® have flavours that will do very well in the fall season.

Grenotti Leaves and Grenotti Blossom have a subtle hazelnut flavour, which combines very well with mushrooms, cheese or vegetarian dishes. Grenotti Blossom, due to its firm structure, is a good combination with chocolate dishes or game.

Tearicy Roots is a root with a flavour that is a mix of wasabi and horseradish. It is an excellent ingredient with raw fish, shell or scallops, veal and in vegetarian dishes.
